    cost of a new small HS

    With all the ideas being tossed around, and with mostly "big" schools being built now, I about fell over when I read that a new WV HS was bid out for $10 million... but that was JUST the masonry part. Total cost is around $19 million for a 400 capacity school. Groundbreaking to opening will be a little under 2 years.

    Five 400's = $95 Mil.
    What was the three 660's estimate? 72? And didn't that include the land?
